How I Can Help

We can talk on line or on the phone. If you are in the greater Hartford, CT area, we can arrange to meet in person. I take my clients and the process seriously. Following a free consultation in which we get to know each other and I listen very carefully to your story, I offer two different options:

Package 1

Three months includes 4 coaching sessions with weekly email so you have ongoing access to my help and continue to make progress toward your goal. This package is for people who have a good idea of what they want to work on, e.g. stress, nutrition, general wellbeing, or making limited lifestyle changes. 

 

Session 1

  • We'll clearly define your challenge so you know exactly where to put energy and focus. This moves you toward you goal in less time and with greater success. 

  • Make a plan for your first action steps and how you can contact me for ongoing support and questions that arise.

 

Session 2-3

  • Each week we celebrate the big and small successes you achieved and look at any challenges that arose.

  • From there, you can adjust your action steps. Challenges are normal!! They help us refine the plan that brings you toward your goal.

 

Session 4

  • We'll identify your achievements and how you'll sustain them.

  • We'll explore new goals that might have become apparent.

Package 2

Five months includes 6 coaching sessions with weekly email contact so you have ongoing access to my help and continue to make progress toward your goal. This package is for people who aren’t clear yet about what they want to work on and for people who have more complicated goals, e.g. managing a chronic disease or being a caregiver.

Session 1

  • We'll do a Holistic wellness assessment—How’s your life going?

  • We'll identify the gaps between where you are and where you’d like to be.

Session 2

  • We'll clearly define your challenges so you know exactly where to put energy and focus. This moves you toward your goal in less time and with greater success. 

  • Make a plan for your first action steps and how you can contact me for ongoing support and questions that arise.

Sessions 3-5

  • We will discuss how your plan is working and recognize challenges.

  • Building on what we have learned so far, we will identify the next steps.

Session 6

  • We'll identify your achievements and how you'll sustain them.

  • We'll explore new goals that might have become apparent.
